Presents complex quantitative assessment of microbiocenosis via PCR in real- time method.
In terms of clinical relevance of the test Femoflor, the following capabilities are achieved at initial admission:

FEMOFLOR Plus: needs two biological samples:
Vaginal swab for quantitative assessment of opportunistic microflora (aerobes, anaerobes, yeasts and the group of genital mycoplasmas),the patogen Trichomonas vaginalis and the normoflora of Lactobacillus;
Cervical swab - for detection of the sexual transmitted cervical pathogens: Chlamydia trachomatis и Neisseria gonorrhoeaе;
In vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative and quantitative detection of bacterial / viral DNA in the clinical material using PCR / Real - Time PCR.
